Hello Everyone. The Free Fitness Tips Newsletter – May 2008 is now online. Apologies that it is a day late. It was my intention to get it online yesterday but I have only managed to get it out today. Regular readers of this blog will know that I have not been posting as frequently as I used to. There is a reason behind this which is fully explained in the newsletter

Thanks Heidi. I do sometimes find it a struggle to update regularly (as I discussed in this months newsletter). I find the best solution is to find a few hours at the weekend when I can write all my content and then schedule it to be published throughout the following week.

P.S. You do a great job of keeping your blog updated regularly. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Tom,
The Free Fitness Tips Newsletter is a really great article, or rather newsletter. It was very well written even though you were so busy with your exams, and starting a new job right away.

I found the “5 Hilarious Excuses for Not Exercising” so funny!
The two that I liked especially were these:
1: I EXERCISE IN THE OFFICE BY SWIVELLING ON MY COMPUTER CHAIR, TYPING AND CLICKING MY MOUSE

2: I ALREADY GET MY DAILY EXERCISE BY WALKING TO THE DONUT SHOP
I have actually heard people say that before. Like you said, all the calories from the donut your about to eat!

This reminds me of those who say, I am exercising my brain by blogging on the Internet! Some say that those who exercise their brain are also exercising their bodies. I guess I don’t see this at all. That would be like the first Excuse, “clicking my mouse”.

Thanks Skye B. It was my intention to do a more light hearted fitness article for this blog every week on a Friday. However, I think realistically it is going to be more like once or twice per month. I still want to do them because I don’t want this blog to be all serious stuff. It’s always good to have a laugh.

If you liked this article then you should check out my fitness funnies section. This is where all my humorous articles are published and if you enjoyed this article I think you will like them.
