Some of the other benefits associated with cycling include ease of use, improving stamina, time efficient, improved joint mobility and low cost transportation option. Walking: For the ones who wish go at slow pace with their exercise regime, walking is the best option. Walking is a low impact and safe exercise that can be done by people of all ages and types including the pregnant ones. There are many benefits of walking like it helps to make the leg muscles strong, lowers down the blood pressure, maintain the cardiovascular fitness and also helps to lower the risk of various diseases like osteoporosis, diabetes and others. For the ones who wish to burn fat at a faster rate, jogging and running are even better options.

Swimming: If you are finding the weather to be too hot or humid for running, cycling or jogging then there can be nothing better than swimming. Besides being a good form of exercise it is enjoyable as well. Swimming is a complete body workout that strengthens the arms, legs and back and also improves the flexibility. The risk factor is also less in swimming as compared to other forms of exercise.

Dancing: if you are looking forward to some interesting form of exercise then dancing will prove to be an apt choice. Dance forms like hip-hop, jazz and other faster styles acts like a complete workout and helps to improve the flexibility as well as muscle strength. Moreover you can also perform dancing indoor as well as outdoor depending upon your comfort level.
