Hi guys.  I hope you’ve been enjoying my fitness cartoons.  Today I have another one on the topic of weight loss.  Losing weight is major goal for many people.  Unfortunately, with so much conflicting information out there, it’s very easy to get confused and not know where to start.  The great news is that losing weight isn’t as difficult as many people would have you believe – you just need to follow simple rules and turn them into habits.  Today I plan to help you do exactly that by providing you with 10 Weight Loss Tip.  These tips may sound easy but they are effective and if you stick with them, you will lose weight.
