Fasting is not only a great way to enhance your weight loss efforts but it also boosts your health in many other ways. Once you’ve done this for a few weeks, extend the fast by skipping lunch and dinner. Finally, once you’re used to skipping lunch and dinner, extend it into a full 24 hour fast and try going one day a week without eating any food. By gradually building up to a full 24 hour fast in this way, you’ll get used to the process and you’ll be much less likely to succumb to hunger as you fast.
