– 1 Food Processor
– 1 Frying Pan
– 1 Meat Grinder & Sausage Stuffer
– 1 Mixing Bowl
– 1 Small Bowl
– 1 Sealable Container
– 1 Wooden Spoon
1) Healthy & Natural Cayenne & Sage Pork Sausages
These healthy and natural cayenne and sage pork sausages are simple but tasty. They also provides a lot more nutritionally than regular processed sausages, with each one containing high levels of protein, a range of healthy fats and a selection of health boosting vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
– 350g Of Pork Chops
– 250ml Of Cold Water
– 1 Large Onion (150g)
– 1 Meter Of Sausage Casing
– 1 Teaspoon Of Black Pepper (6g)
– 1 Teaspoon Of Cayenne Pepper (6g)
– 1 Teaspoon Of Sage (6g)
– 1 Teaspoon Of Salt (6g)
Instructions:
1. Add the cold water and sausage casing to the small bowl and leave the sausage casing to soften for about 30 minutes.
2. While the sausage casing is softening, grind the onion and pork chops in the meat grinder.
3. Add the minced onion and pork to the mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and stir well with the wooden spoon.
4. Once all the ingredients are fully combined and the sausage casing is fully softened, stuff the mixture into the sausage casing using the sausage stuffer attachment for the meat grinder.
5. Form the stuffed casing into four separate sausage links and tie the ends off.
6. Place all four sausages in the sealable container and then put the container in the fridge until you are ready for the barbecue.
7. When it’s time for the barbecue, remove the sealable container from the fridge and carry it to the barbecue.
8. Cook the healthy and natural cayenne and sage pork sausages for 5 minutes on each side on a medium to high heat.

– 1 Tablespoon Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (18ml)

Instructions:
1. Add the black pepper, dried parsley, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, onion, salt and half of the whole grain breadcrumbs to the food processor and blend until everything is combined but not completely blended.
2. Pour the blended mixture from the food processor into the frying pan, place it on the hob on a medium heat and fry for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes, take the frying pan off the hob, turn off the heat and pour the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
4. Add the cheddar cheese and eggs to the mixing bowl and stir well with the wooden spoon.
5. Once all the ingredients are fully mixed, form four sausage shaped patties on the chopping board.
6. Coat each patty with the remaining whole grain breadcrumbs, place all four sausages in the sealable container and then put the container in the fridge until you are ready for the barbecue.
