– 1 Meat Grinder (optional if you want to mince your own meat)

– 1 Sealable Container
– 1 Wooden Spoon
1) Healthy & Natural Beef Burgers
This simple but effective beef burger recipe combines beef, eggs and onion with a small amount of salt and black pepper, to create a natural, full flavoured burger that’s much better for you than the processed alternatives.
Ingredients:
– 340g Of Minced Beef
– 2 Large Eggs (90g)
– 1 Finely Chopped Medium Onion (110g)
– 1 Teaspoon Of Black Pepper (6g)
– 1 Teaspoon Of Salt (6g)
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl and stir well with the wooden spoon.
2. Once all the ingredients are fully mixed into the minced beef, form four patties on the chopping board.
3. Place all four patties in the sealable container and then put the container in the fridge until you are ready for the barbecue.
4. When it’s time for the barbecue, remove the sealable container from the fridge and carry it to the barbecue.
