Hello,
Welcome to the Free Fitness Tips Newsletter - June 2010. As you
are probably aware this month's newsletter is quite late (since we are already
half way into July). Unfortunately it is also going to be very short and
sweet as I did not make many blog posts in June. In fact I only managed
five in total and all of these were updates on the
Slendertone 6 Week Plan. Because of this I do not have any articles to
feature so this newsletter is pretty much going to be a list of June's blog
posts and a trial of the new newsletter layout.
I will try my very best to ensure that next month's newsletter is both on
time and a little more expansive in terms of content. Until then I hope
you like the new layout.
